- How does volume-based pricing work?
- You pay a base fee for your tier plus a per-booking charge after your first 10 bookings each month. For example, if you're on the Growth tier ($499 base) and book 50 appointments, you pay $499 + (40 × $7) = $779 total. Simple, transparent, and fair.
- What counts as a booking?
- A booking is counted when a customer completes your booking flow and confirms an appointment. Abandoned bookings don't count. If a customer reschedules, it's only counted once. We track this automatically—no manual counting required.
- Can I change tiers?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle with 30 days notice. We'll proactively suggest the best tier for your volume to help you save money.
- What if I have seasonal volume?
- Stay on your base tier year-round and pay overage rates during busy months. Or switch tiers seasonally with 30 days notice. Many HVAC and plumbing businesses do this—we make it easy.
- Do all tiers really include every feature?
- Yes. Unlimited flows, attribution tracking, invoice syncing, ERP integrations—everything is included at every tier. The only differences are booking volume ranges, support response times, and team seats. We don't believe in feature paywalls.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly plans cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans get 15% off and cancel at anniversary. No penalties. No hidden fees.
